This Transporter integration package provides an out of the box business process integration solution that synchronizes the SAP Project System (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules with Microsoft Project Server.
Pipeline Transporter for MS Project provides high performance, enterprise class SAP integration making it quicker, easier and more effective for customers to integrate Microsoft Project with SAP PM or PS. The application integrates the business processes of project planning and ERP that would otherwise run independently of each other eliminating the need of duplicate data entry and the risk of mismatched schedules and resources.
Pipeline Transporter for MS Project moves critical data from SAP into MS Project such as WBS elements, activities, resources, budgets, and expenses. Once the data is in Microsoft Project, project managers and schedulers are able to work in a familiar environment. As updates to the project data are made in MS Project, the Pipeline Solution replicates these updates back into SAP.
