Charlie Sundling
CEO and Chairman of the Board
|
Mr. Sundling provides nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise software technology,
business development and executive management. Mr. Sundling founded Pipeline in
1997 and has lead the company to 26 quarters of profitablity, 3 successful acquisitions,
and pioneering of new technologies and markets. Prior to founding Pipeline
he has worked with a variety of leading global companies to provide guidance
on enterprise systems and strategies throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Sundling is published on the subject of Enterprise Applications Software,
CRM and on-demand technologies, including co-authoring best selling CRM at
the speed of light (McGraw Hill 2002). Mr. Sundling currently serves on the National Board of Directors of the AeA, the largest technology trade association
in the United States, and as Chairman of the AeA Executive Committee of Orange County.

Raju Patel
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Patel provides more than 15 years of experience in
the design and delivery of mission-critical enterprise information
technology system. Mr. Patel joined Pipeline in 1998. Throughout his tenure
Mr. Patel been responsible for product design and delivery, managing
highly complex multi-million dollar budgets with globally distributed engineering teams.
Mr. Patel currently manages Pipeline's engineering groups and provides overall architecture and design
oversight for all strategic Pipeline products. Prior to Pipeline
Mr. Patel was President and CEO of Inforgration Inc., a Silicon Valley information technologies
consulting firm, and has held positions with Oracle Corporation, SAIC, and Grumman Aerospace.

Mahesh Shah
VP of Finance, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Shah provides 17 years of experience
in the financial management and financing of emerging growth companies.
Experienced as a CFO and investment banker, Mr. Shah is skilled at accounting,
management and financial reporting and analysis. He has extensive experience with
financial transactions (venture capital, IPO, private placement) as well as mergers/acquisitions,
strategic alliances/ business partnerships, strategic planning, and investor relations.
Prior to joining Pipeline, Mr. Shah’s business experience includes CFO of a California
based Investment Banking/Broker-dealer firm, President of Signet Technologies, CFO of GroupComm Systems,
Founder of Strategic Planning Group, and consultant for Coopers & Lybrand.

Roberto Zampiglia
Senior Vice President, Sales

Mr. Zampiglia provides more than 20 years of experience in
technology sales and executive management. Having joined Pipeline in 2002, Mr.
Zampiglia is responsible for the execution of Pipeline's sales strategies.
Prior to joining Pipeline, Mr. Zampiglia co-founded several technology startups,
including Data Kinesis acquired by Adaptec (NASDAQ: ADPT), and Logic Team, where he served
as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He also has served as Director of North America Sales for
Pioneer Electronics of Japan and held international sales management positions at Emulex Corporation and Qlogic.

Justin Tyler
Director, Marketing – Partnerships and Alliances

Mr. Tyler provides nearly 14 years of experience in marketing, business development, and channel sales.
Having joined in 2007, Mr. Tyler is responsible for alliances, resellers, and partner programs.
He has extensive experience in enterprise software, channel growth, and partner enablement.
Prior to joining Pipeline, Mr. Tyler led rapid channel and product line growth at Alternative Technology Inc,
which was acquired by Arrow Inc. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.
